What Is Your Why?

The most common roadblock in the journey of change, growth, & healing is not having a clear “why.”

This is why you start the process and never finish.

This is why you try different things and feel like they never work.

This is why you don’t achieve true change, growth, and healing.

If you want to improve in any area of your life, you must get clear on why you want to improve.

You must have a purpose.

Our aim with The Pretty Naked membership is for you to feel empowered, educated, and ready to embark on the journey towards better health. We want to help you get there through our blog posts, interviews, workout plans & routines, meal ideas, recipes, and virtual/IRL events, however it is up to you to decide why you want to. 

Before browsing the content of our membership and diving into your personal growth, we recommend everyone use this journal prompt first:

  • Why am I here? 
  • What am I most interested in learning about & why?
  • What are my short-term and long-term goals? Pick 1-2 goals for each.
  • What would it require for me to reach these goals?
  • What would my life look like if I achieved my goals? How would I feel, act, and show up in the world?

These 5 questions will really enable you to get the most out of your experience here and ultimately foster a deeper connection with yourself.
