Meet Our Founder

1. If you were making a small profile bio, what 3 facts about yourself would you include?
  • I’m a mom to a 10 month old WILD bubba boy.
  • I live in Denver, CO.
  • I’m obsessed with coffee, avocados, and salmon.
2. What made you feel called to create a whole membership site?
  • I was tired of having 5 different platforms to share content on. I wanted it to be more streamlined & in one singular place for people to find the answers that they’re looking for. I also wanted to find a way to combine my personal trainers certificate with my health coaching certificate and passion for helping people, and so a membership site felt like the right place to do so.
3. How has being in the online creative world (as a blogger/podcaster/etc) helped you transition into the membership site world?
  • It’s helped me understand how to navigate technology, for sure, which has been a huge help when customizing the entire membership site. It’s also taught me how to listen to my audience and what they need/want, which I think is the #1 key to success.
4. What do the words “Pretty Naked” mean to you?
  • I wanted “pretty” to embody womanhood, femininity, & raw beauty. And then “naked” represents honesty, transparency, and information stripped down to it’s most easily digestible form.
5. Where do you get your support from in your own life?
  • My fiancé is 100% my number one supporter. From day one, he’s always pumped me up and encouraged my successes and creative ventures. I truly wouldn’t be where I am without his help – to watch our son while I create, to bounce ideas off of, and to support me every step of the way.
6. What have you learned already since starting TPN that you didn’t anticipate?
  • Change truly will not happen until YOU want it to happen. No one can force someone into growing or improving their lifestyle – it starts with you.
7. What are your go-to self-care practices that help you day-to-day?
  • Definitely breathwork. Also moving my body, even if it’s just a 20 minute walk. Journaling. Spending time with my fiancé or my son without my phone around. READING.
8. Best piece of advice you’ve ever received?
  • Ooof, this is tough because there’s so many good nuggets of wisdom. Probably to “work hard in silence and let your success make the noise.” Talking is one thing, but actually doing and achieving is another. Put your head down, do the work in silence, and let your results speak for themselves.
9. After a long day, you love to _____ ?
  • Play with my son, make dinner, read a fiction book, have sex, journal, have a glass of wine here and there, lol.
